While the Forresters, Logans, and Spencers spar over what seems to be the same handful of men, there will soon be a new guy in town that will definitely command some attention of his own.
Keith Carlos, a former football player and the first male winner of America's Next Top Model, will be joining the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful as a bartender at the Bikini Beach Club. Yes, B&B fans, with the approaching summer weather, the CBS soap will be heating things up by showing a little skin.
In 2014, Carlos became the first male model to be named America's Next Top Model. Though it was the reality series' 21st cycle, it was just the second to allow male models to compete against female contestants. Before appearing on the Tyra Banks reality modeling competition, Carlos was a wide receiver for both the Philadelphia Eagles and the New York Giants. Carlos suffered an injury that resulted in his early retirement from the sport.
It's been a pretty good week for Carlos who, earlier in the week, debuted in a music video for Cardi B's "Be Careful." You can check out the video below, but be warned that it uses language that is not safe for work.
Carlos will make his first appearance on Friday, June 15. TV Insider, which was the first to report on Carlos' B&B role, reports that the actor/athlete/model will appear on a recurring basis, and he'll be seen "in at least three episodes."
