Fans of The Bold and the Beautiful are being treated with gorgeous episodes shot on-location in the French Riviera, but there's more than just juicy drama set against the backdrop of Monte Carlo to look forward to. The CBS soap has cast a familiar face to appear in scenes opposite Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy Forrester).
According to official show teasers, Days of our Lives alum Ayda Field, who played Angela Moroni from 2000 to 2001, will be appearing as a special guest in the role of Cecile. Character details have yet to be released, but fans can look forward to seeing Field on Monday, August 1, and Tuesday, August 2, in the facility where Steffy has been recovering.
In addition to her short-lived DAYS role, Field's credits include Blue Collar TV, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Back to You, Fresh Meat, Power Monkeys, and Paranoid. She is also known as the wife of British pop star Robbie Williams, whom she met while taking part in a BBC Radio 4 documentary about UFOs.
Funny enough, this soap stint isn't the first time that Field has worked with B&B's Wood; the pair filmed E!'s Party On travel show together in Istanbul back in 2014.
