Days of our Lives is getting another former ABC star, this time All My Children's Adam Mayfield (ex-Scott Chandler).
Though a rep for the show was initially unavailable for comment, according to the actor's official website, he shot scenes for the soap earlier this fall. Rumor has it, he'll be debuting on the soap sometime in early 2015.
In addition to his AMC role, Mayfield has appeared on shows like Felix Blithedale, Status Updates, and Mystery Girls.
UPDATE:
"Adam will be on for a short arc in January," a DAYS rep confirmed, adding that the actor will play a character from Serena's (played by Melissa Archer) past.
