Hot on the heels of Days of our Lives' Galen Gering (Rafe Hernandez), Stephen Nichols (Patch Johnson), and Kristian Alfonso (Hope Brady) letting slip that a very impressive actor will soon be appearing on the NBC soap comes word from a different source that an Emmy-winning actor will soon be calling Salem home.
Serial Scoop reports that a former daytime Emmy winner has joined the cast in a mystery role. Is this the same person Gering, Nichols, and Alfonso teased about?
No other information is available at this time other than the Emmy-winning actor reportedly took home the statue for his (or her) work on a Procter & Gamble soap and has since appeared on an ABC/Prospect Park soap, in primetime, and on a recent Hulu series.
