A lot of Days of our Lives fans have been on the edge of their seats, waiting for storyline involving Stephen Nichols' Steve and Tamara Braun's Ava to become center stage, and it looks like it won't be too much longer before that happens.
Serial Scoop reports actor Lucas Adams has signed on to play the role of Tripp, which the outlet claims is Steve and Ava's teenage son.
No storyline details have been released thus far, but it wouldn't be a stretch to assume that Tripp will give his dad and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) quite a headache.
Texas native Adams may be young, but he already has quite an impressive résumé. The actor played Lou on HBO's popular series True Blood, currently stars as Josh Wilcox on Liv and Maddie and has made appearances on shows like Dexter, Suburgatory, The Thundermans, and Grimm.
