If you love that General Hospital alum Vinessa Antoine (ex-Jordan Ashford) stars on the Canadian series Diggstown, then you'll love this exciting related news: the ABC soap's Cassandra James (ex-Terry Randolph) has joined season two of the legal drama.
"Surprise!" James announced on Twitter. "Shooting Diggstown with my GH sister Vinessa Antoine."

The actress' news followed Antoine's tweet of a selfie she snapped on the set of the show with her fellow GH alum.
"Just a couple of gals making history," Antoine captured the pic. "First black person to lead a dramatic show in Canada and first trans woman on a soap together. Wow! Welcome, sister. So proud to have you here."

As fans of GH know, Antoine left daytime in September of 2018 to take on Diggstown attorney Marcie Diggs. Just months before she left, James first appeared in Port Charles as Liz's (Rebecca Herbst) old friend, Dr. Terry Randolph -- a pediatric oncologist who tried to save Oscar's life.
As of now, no details have been released as to who James will be playing in her Diggstown episode or when it will air. However, American fans will be able to watch the Canadian series in the United States, as eOne picked up international distribution rights to the show in late 2018.
