The Young and the Restless is looking to cast the newly created, recurring role of Esmerelda, a young model who will find herself crossing paths with Summer.

Y&R is seeking a 19- to 23-year-old for the part, described as a "fun girl [who] is always helpful in showing a 'newbie' the ropes."

The role is set to begin taping on November 5, which means Esmerelda should pop up on-screen in December.
