Many fans have been speaking out about their distaste of The Young and the Restless' Chancellor Mansion makeover, and longtime star Judith Chapman (Gloria Fisher) has joined the chatter of frustration.
The South Carolina native, who joined the CBS soap as Michael and Kevin's mom back in 2005, took to social media to share her own disappointment with the "demise" of the set's traditional look, which she describes as having transitioned from "a timeless vision of elegance, taste, love, and knock down drag out fun and drama" to "a gray, lifeless, colorless institution."
She goes on to opine that the show's "massive, long lived fan base... is being blatantly ignored" and adds that she's unabashedly sharing her thoughts because "I have nothing to lose... and, sadly, I no longer have allegiance to the Bell's dynasty of creativity, imagination, and devoted following... I am merely an observer... who hears much... and can only shrug my shoulders."
