Congratulations are in order for former The Young and the Restless star Tammin Sursok (ex-Colleen Carlton), who is expecting a baby with her husband Sean McEwen.
The actress took to Twitter with the exciting announcement, sharing that the journey to her second pregnancy was quite eventful.
"After a bumpy, emotional and magical journey we are finally here. We couldn't feel more grateful," she wrote along with a photo of a herself and the couple's first child, four-year-old Phoenix. "Baby due in January."

Sursok's path to pregnancy may have been a little shaky due to the fact that she experienced postpartum anxiety after the birth of her first child. The experience made her feel "very alone and lost," but it also inspired her to start her own lifestyle site, Bottles & Heels, which documents the trials and tribulations of being a parent.
"I had a huge loss of identity and I had no one to talk to about it so I thought 'how can I bring women together to talk about things that they're not talking about?'" she revealed to Friday Magazine. "You see these highlights on people's Instagram of new mums looking amazing and talking about how their birth didn't hurt and I swear none of it is true. I wanted to unveil the truth of what motherhood looks like. Motherhood is extraordinary, exciting, debilitating, horrible and also the best thing that's ever happened. It's not all great, and it's not all terrible, it's everything. It can be very confusing as well and no one talks about it so I think if I can help one person then I feel like I've achieved something."
Though Sursok won the hearts of daytime fans as Y&R's Colleen -- a role she played from 2007 to 2009 -- the South Africa native's first soap role was actually that of Dani Sutherland on the hit Australian soap opera Home and Away. After departing Genoa City, she went on to star in Hannah Montana, Aussie Girl, and the primetime soap Pretty Little Liars.
As well as being a dedicated mom, actress, and lifestyle blogger, Tammin also owns a production company that she runs with her husband as well as a children's wear brand called Stella.Phoenix.
If you think that that's enough to keep the actress busy, think again. Sursok would like to take on one more project in the year ahead: directing.
"I'd love to be pregnant this year and direct a movie," she says. "If I manage to achieve that this year, I will be very happy."
