Fans of The Young and the Restless' Sasha Calle (Lola Rosales) better soak up as much of the actress as possible while she's in Genoa City; she just released her first single, and it's such fire, there's no way that she won't blast to superstar singer status and consider making music full-time!

Titled Ex-Factor, the song is an emotional ballad remake of the 1998 Lauryn Hill classic that the actress says is a piece of her heart.

"Patience has been a huge factor for me during the process of creating my first music project. Singing, writing, performing. It does something to me I could never explain. It's home," Calle shares on Instagram. "This song takes me back to a very bittersweet moment in my life. Where I fell in love for the first time and then felt like It was ripped away from me. My heart was hurting for a while there... I love you and I hope you enjoy it. Ex-Factor, now Avail on all platforms. Stream it, share it, cry with it like I did."

I called the incredible @david_bu and asked if he'd be down to record a live one take cover with me. "David, I'll be releasing this one" He didn't ask questions, just said yes and gave me a time.
