Soap Central has confirmed that Alma-nominated Erika Page (Roseanne Delgado) will be leaving One Life to Live when her contract expires.
Reports that Page was on her way out first surfaced last month on an Internet fan site devoted to her husband, country singer Bryan White. The message hinted that Page had been forced to pass up acting projects because of her obligations with OLTL.
Now, a spokesperson for Page indicates that the reports are true; Page will vacate her role when her contract expires near the end of June.
Page apparently already has some future gigs lined up, though her spokesperson declined to offer any specifics. Her move to Los Angeles will mean that she and her husband will hopefully get to spend more time together. Page and White were married on October 14, 2000 after a nearly two year-long engagement.
ABC declined to comment on Page's departure. It is unclear if the character of Roseanne will be phased out or recast.
