Theresa doesn't like it when Ben hands her the knock out drops and explains that she can use it to knock Danny out and get him in bed with her. She refuses but agrees to keep the drug. She then heads out to find Danny. Richard assures Cassie that her giving the necklace to the poor people of his country was a generous thing to do. He pleads with her to accept his offer of financial help but she explains why she has to save the farm on her own. Cassie then considers pawning her engagement ring while Richard is pressed to marry. Meanwhile, Josh accuses Reva of overreacting to Cassie's decision to fly to San Cristobel. Olivia interrupts with her resume and a request for a job interview.
Pilar discovers that Ben is still leasing a place at the Towers Club and realizes that her mother thinks he's gotten rid of the place. Pilar then has a chat with Grandmother Santos about Ben and enlists her help. While she rushes to Ben's place for some answers, Carmen argues with Grandmother Santos about her love for Ben and can't believe the claim that Ben is keeping a place for his lovers. Selena urges Ben to stop trying to seek revenge for fear of losing his daughter. Harley and Jim are outraged when Phillip and Beth suggest they all have dinner. Phillip then uses the occasion to try to convince Jim to return to Lewis oil at a higher salary. Jim angrily refuses and accuses Phillip of offering Beth a raise just to get her to convince him to return to work.

Though Frank assures her that the police will do all they can to get her stolen items back, he does warn Cassie that it's unlikely the stolen engagement ring from Hart will be recovered. Her day gets worse when a bank representative gives her ten days to settle her mortgage account or the farm will go up for auction. Holly blames herself and offers to make it up to Cassie but Cassie insists she wants no money from her. Cassie then tries to convince Tammy that they will survive this mess but the little girl worries that she and her brother will be sent to a foster family. Dressed as Sonny and Cher for the Halloween party, Jesse and Drew greet Michelle upstairs while Danny reminds Theresa that he's not going to be working with her after tonight.
Ross decides to meet 'Cameron' when Harley claims that Blake's supposed to meet her boyfriend at Millennium. Blake convinces her friend Joe to pose as her loving boyfriend and then announces that she is considering 'Cam's' marriage proposal. Afterwards, Holly is there to comfort a dejected Ross. when Danny starts to complain about the heat, thanks to the knock out drops, Theresa takes him upstairs to the office at Millennium where she starts kissing him. Danny responds but then pushes her away. She insists that she is his one true love but he insists that he loves only Michelle. Determined, Theresa gives him more of the drug but then panics when Danny suddenly passes out.
